Rosalind is working with the International School of Panama and Dr. Derrick Gay throughout the 2024-2025 academic year to support the school’s strategic plan. She is doing so by collaborating with administrators and various stakeholders to design and implement leadership training, communication strategies, and protocols between parents, faculty, staff, and students, and co-creating the implementation of advisory, leadership, and student wellness programming.
