Aline Ray
Program Operations Manager
Aline Ray is the Program Operations Manager, working closely with Rosalind to ensure the company’s business operations run smoothly and efficiently. With more than 10 years of professional experience, including 6 years in the education sector and experience in international educational marketing, Aline brings deep expertise in business operations, project coordination, and organizational management.
She has worked at one of the leading private Universities in São Paulo and Graded School in Brazil, where she developed a passion for process improvement and strategic administration. Aline holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Strategic People Management.
She is dedicated to building systems and structures that enable Rosalind to deliver exceptional service to every client. In addition to her role with Rosalind, Aline also serves as Business Manager for Shannon Beckley Consulting & Coaching.
Dorothy N'tchougan-Sonou
Social Media Manager
Dorothy has been working with Rosalind since 2023. As a Social Media Manager, Dorothy works closely with Rosalind in crafting thought-provoking content on various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Having lived and traveled in Europe and Africa, as well as the East and West Coasts of the U.S., she has a unique outlook on social/cultural dynamics. Her experience as a peer mentor and school camp director gives her meaningful insight into younger audiences, expanding the reach and relevance of Rosalind's work across different communities.
