Amplifying Ideas, Empowering Voices

Cindy Martin

Director of Opertations

As Director of Operations, Cindy is the first point of contact for clients; integrating their vision and goals with Rosalind’s diverse content and programs. She creates schedules, establishes budgets, and leads negotiations for Rosalind’s short and long-term partnerships. In addition to her work with Rosalind, she supports other educational and leadership thought leaders, Rachel Simmons and Devorah Heitner. Cindy comes to her position with an extensive background as an administrator in educational organizations. Cindy’s dedication to her work with Rosalind is founded on her commitment to supporting inspirational women; she is passionate about helping educators empower themselves and their students to lead, think creatively, and take risks.

Dorothy N'tchougan-Sonou

Social Media Manager

As a Social Media Manager, Dorothy works closely with Rosalind in crafting thought-provoking content on various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, and LinkedIn. Having lived and traveled in Europe and Africa, as well as the East and West Coasts of the U.S., she has a unique outlook on social/cultural dynamics. Dorothy's keen eye for aesthetics and youthful insights expand the impact of Rosalind's work with different audiences. Dorothy is an undergraduate student at San Diego State University majoring in Comparative International Studies with a minor in French and will be studying in Paris this year.

Teen Advisory Group

Rosalind relies on a select group of young people to advise her writing and speaking. Composed of middle and high students throughout the world, they are an invaluable resource for Rosalind as she seeks to understand the context of young people’s lives. Once a year, Rosalind opens the group to new applicants. If you are interested, please contact Cindy Martin, Director of Operations, at cindy@rosalindwiseman.com.
