For more than fifty years, the Office of Overseas Schools (OS) has been charged with the responsibility for ensuring the best possible educational opportunities for dependents of U.S. Government personnel stationed abroad. It is also responsible for strengthening mutual understanding between the people of the United States and the people of other countries.

Every year, the OS brings a cohort of emerging school leaders to Washington DC for a three day leadership conference. Rosalind has the privilege of co-facilitating this training with Professor John Verdi of St. Johns College with this extraordinary group of people as they enhance their leadership skills and prepare for increasingly complexities of education in an international context.
