Robert College is hosting a one-day workshop designed to help educators learn how to really listen to their students. Informed by Turkish students and educators, Rosalind will speak on the complexity of leadership, culture, and managing conflict. She believes that young people are the experts of what it’s like growing up today; let’s work together to better understand the challenges they face and focus on what they really need from us and our schools in order to increase their sense of belonging and well-being.

Rosalind will continue to work with the community post conference.
