Rosalind Wiseman answers a question from Elise, a girl who recently turned 13 years old.  In the days following her birthday, Elise’s mom told her that she’d now be responsible for finding a job and paying for most (if not all) or her necessities.  Is her mom being unreasonable, or should a little more responsibility be expected in her teenage years?
