Rosalind Explores the ‘Mean Boys’ in Her New Book with WGN News

Rosalind recently appeared on WGN News in Chicago to discuss her first novel for teens, “Boys, Girls and Other Hazardous Materials.”  In the interview, she explains why we shouldn’t just focus on “Mean Girls,” and the true stories from kids that inspired the book.

    I really love boys,girls and other hazardous materials!!!!! I used to only read vampire books but I wanted to try something new. so i pick this book and fell in love with it!!!!!!!! i really really hope you make a sequel. that would make my day.i think they should make a movie out of it. it would make a really good one,i would watch it then buy 2 copes of it on dvd!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:)<3

    Ok i loooove this book. I want to know what happens with Will & Charlie.You really got to make sequel. I am also writting myself. I’m 14 but i like it. My friend have read it and they also liked it. The thing is that i’m in Canada :( so my story is in french because here in Montreal they don’t really speak english it’s mostly french sooo i dont know but you can check it out and translate it.. i dont know. See if you like it. It really means a lot to me… THX :)

    I absolutly love this book! I hope you make a sequel because its ending is great but there is obviously another storyline shining through.
    I really hope to meet you. you have made me think of my up comming expirience at high school.

    Hello Rosalind. I just finished reading boys, girls and other hazardous materials and i loved it! I beg for you to do a sequel of it, cause I know for a fact there is alot more to the story. I would appreciate if you did. Thank you :)

    its a really good book,
    i read it in 2 days, & i dont even like to read, haha (:
    anyways. you should come out with another book like it,
    and they should come out with a movie like it. haa (:
